HDPE Seamless Electro Fusion Welding Belt / Tape for Preinsulation Pipe Joint

Huashida HDPE Electro Fusion Sleeves is a pipe interface welding material: high-quality HDPE sheet is cut into sheets that meet the required length, width, and thickness according to actual needs, and then combined with special electric heating wire mesh through special heat sealing equipment. It solves the problems of the traditional pipeline connection is not tight, water seepage and air leakage.

Seamless hot melt sleeve process:
1.The working pipe is heated (expands)
2. The outer protective pipe is heated (tightened)

Seamless hot melt sleeve operation process
1.Surface treatment with No. 50 sandpaper
2. Overlap 75mm for positioning
3. Apply a 5mm thick adhesive sheet along the positioning edges at both ends
4. Restore the heat shrinkable sleeve to the designated position
5. Bake over a flame for 15 to 20 minutes
6. Both ends of the port are sealed with 100mm heat shrink tape
7. Conduct a sealed test at 0.2Mpa for 3 minutes without leakage

6. Core Team

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
