Designed for cutting PU insulated pipes and various plastic pipe materials such as HDPE, PVC, and PP, this equipment ensures smooth, burr-free cuts without deformation.

High-Precision, Chip-Free Cutting
Uses imported SKD11 tool steel blades from Japan, quenched for extra sharpness and toughness. The blade can penetrate the pipe surface in a single pass, with long-lasting sharpness and no burrs, flash, or misalignment.

360° Rotating Cutting Mechanism
The cutting head rotates 360 degrees around the pipe, forming a complete circular cut in one turn. The pipe remains undeformed, and the cut surface is a perfect arc without saw teeth or uneven edges.

Planetary Cutting Structure
The planetary cutting system ensures even pressure distribution around the pipe, delivering smooth and consistent cuts across various diameters and plastic materials.

Hydraulic Clamping System

6. Core Team

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
