The vacuum calibration polyurethane insulation pipe is a kind of high efficiency pre insulated pipe. It is mainly composed of working steel pipe, PU insulation layer, plastic outer protective pipe and other parts.It is small in size, easy to operate with an automatic control system and has a long service life.The insulation material is rigid polyurethane foam, which fully fills the gap between the steel pipe and the casing and has a certain bonding strength. The steel pipe, outer pipe and insulation layer form a solid whole. It is applicable to insulation projects of various cold and hot water, petroleum, high and low temperature pipelines.

High-efficiency single screw extruder
---Single screw is with barrier & mixing head; new model barrel with slotting (channel), Both make the security of good jellification, large output and stable performance.

Die-Head
Die-head is mainly composed of mandril, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die-head body, bolts, and heating rings.
The inside surface touching with plastic materials is polished and chrome plated to ensure plastic materials flow smoothly and to ensure no rusting. The uniformity of pipe wall thickness can be adjusted by bolts. The copper calibrating sleeve fixed in the die-head is mainly used to cool down the fresh pipe and to calibrate the pipe outer diame

Vacuum Calibration Tank
The vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of a frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrate the copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.

Haul-off Machine
The haul-off machine is mainly composed of a driving device, track, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off caterpillars are driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speeds.
An automatic length measuring device realizes cutting at a set length.

Chipless cutting
It adopts the blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of a cutting device, clamping device, structure synchronous movement device and frame.

Control system
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with the good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching the screen.

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
