1.Large-diameter HDPE structured-wall spiral pipes (ID 200-3500 mm) are the backbone of modern storm-water, drainage and marine-outfall systems. Yet their profiled outer wall makes conventional butt-fusion and electro-fusion couplers unreliable:
- uneven surface → poor heat transfer
- gap between profiles → cold zones & leakage paths
- field mis-alignment → long installation times & call-backs

Huashida's answer: a factory-integrated Electro-Fusion

TAPE SHRINK SLEEVE** that shrinks, melts and anchors itself to the pipe profile in one automatic cycle—creating a 100 % seal that lasts as long as the pipe itself.

2. What It Is A tri-layer, co-extruded "active sleeve":
1. Outer radiation-crosslinked PE sleeve – shrinks ≥ 30 % to hug the pipe profile
2. Middle layer of Ni-Cr wire mesh – delivers uniform, controllable fusion energy
3. Inner reactive E-fusion adhesive – melts & flows into pipe corrugations, forming a fusion-bonded, monolithic joint

Simply slide the pre-fabricated sleeve over the bell-spigot, connect the 4 mm plug, press START on the Huashida programmable junction box—15-25 minlater the joint is cooled, sealed and ready for back-filling.

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
