    I. HDPE Jacket Extrusion Journey

    II. PU Foaming "Pipe-in-Pipe" Process


    1. Surface Pretreatment: Steel pipes are cleaned to ensure maximum bonding with insulation.

    2. Casing Assembly: The steel pipe is inserted into the HDPE jacket using centered supports.

    3. Sealing: Both ends are secured with flanges to prepare for injection.
