HDPE Jacket Process Flow: A Seamless Journey from Raw Material to
Final Product
The seamless process begins with vacuum feeding PE granules,
followed by hot air drying to ensure material purity. Next, the
extrusion plasticizing stage transforms the material, which is then
expertly mold-shaped. Vacuum sizing ensures precision, water
cooling solidifies, and the product is carefully pulled out.
Finally, it is skillfully cut into pipes, ready for carrier
laying-off.
PU Foaming Pre-insulated Pipe: Advanced Insulation Technology Production Process: Streamlined for Efficiency Flow: Step-by-Step Precision
The production marvel of the 'pipe in pipe' system (PU Foaming Pre-insulated Pipe) is primarily composed of three essential steps: First, the
meticulous surface pretreatment of the steel pipes. Next, the
crafting of the robust HDPE outer protective pipe. Lastly, the
creation of the efficient insulation layer.
The insulation layer production is a meticulously orchestrated
process: Initially, the steel pipe is elegantly inserted into the
high-density polyethylene outer protection pipe, creating a
sophisticated casing structure. Supports are strategically placed
within the annular space, and both ends are securely sealed with
flanges. The assembly is then hoisted onto the foaming platform,
where a high-pressure foaming machine injects advanced polyurethane
foaming material into the casing. After the polyurethane material
is expertly foamed and cured, the sealing structures at both ends
are removed, thus culminating the masterful production process of
the insulation layer.
